Hey, welcome to my blog "The Negatives"! 

I decided to start off with some winter photos from last year since snow is right around the corner.  

This picture was taken in my back yard during a snow storm sometime in December. You can see every detail of the branches because of the inky sky. When ever I look at this picture it makes me want to cuddle up with a warm blanket and a cup of hot cocoa. 

I took this picture while taking a walk in the woods. I love how the sun shines through the trees. It makes winter seem a bit less harsh; which is always nice.

This red branch caught my eye, and I just had to take a picture. The red really stands out in the middle of a white forest.

The perfect winter outfit!! Cozy Uggs and a warm cashmere scarf? Yes please!
